Allez! Bakes is a dedicated commercial bakery based in Scalford, near Melton Mowbray. Our aim is to supply coffee shops, cafes and pubs with the kind of cakes they’d love to bake themselves, if only they had the time…

Initially we’ll be supplying coffee shops, cafes and pubs in the local area, with an ambition to offer a nationwide mail order delivery service in the future.

Cafe Allez!’s Claire has a passion for baking, and many of you will recall the fabulous cakes and bakes she and the team created for Cafe Allez! Belvoir Castle back in the day. The emphasis was – and remains – on generous portion sizes, top quality ingredients and mouth-watering taste. This is backed up by all of the allergens and ingredients information needed in today’s demanding market.
